Dance’s Sporting Goods currently ships only within the continental United States (lower 48).
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Note: A physical address is required. We cannot ship some items to P.O. boxes.

General Shipping Policy

In-stock merchandise typically ships within 1–2 business days after your order is received.
Orders ship Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays typically ship on the next business day.

Unexpected delays (e.g. weather or carrier issues) may occasionally affect delivery times. We always strive to ensure your order ships as quickly as possible.

Restrictions & Exceptions

Dance’s Sporting Goods reserves the right to deny shipments of certain items — including firearms, ammunition, magazines, and NFA items — to restricted states or localities such as:
CA, WA, NY, NJ, MD, MA, CT, CO, OR, IL, and HI.

Free and Flat Rate shipping may not apply to:

Oversized items
Firearms, ammunition, suppressors
Fishing rods & combos
Treestands
Items shipped directly from manufacturers or distributors

Free shipping applies to Standard Ground within the continental U.S. only.

Firearms & Air Rifles

Must be 18+ to purchase rifles or shotguns
Must be 18+ to purchase air rifles
Must be 21+ to purchase handguns or modern sporting weapons
Government-issued ID (Driver’s License or State ID) may be required for verification
All firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer or be picked up in-store after completing all background checks
No firearm sales or shipments to California
Some items (e.g. ammo boxes, cases) may ship without outer packaging

Ammunition

Must be 18+ for rifle/shotgun ammunition
Must be 21+ for handgun ammunition
Proper ID may be required for verification
CT, DC, NJ, IL customers must provide FOID or FPID documentation before shipping
MA & CA: ammunition will only be shipped to FFL dealers
NY, MA, CA: all ammunition must transfer through a local FFL
Documentation must be provided within 72 hours of purchase
Ammunition ships only to the lower 48 states (no shipments to AK, HI, or U.S. territories)

Additional Notes

Buyers are responsible for ensuring all purchases comply with local laws
Orders over $100 shipping to an address different from billing may require photo ID verification for fraud prevention
Law enforcement officers in restricted states may purchase high-capacity magazines for duty use with proper credentials and department letterhead
In-Store Pickup orders must be collected within 30 days or will be restocked and refunded
Muzzleloaders and black powder guns may require Adult Signature upon delivery

Claims

Claims for missing, undelivered, or damaged packages must be made within 14 days of the ship date.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every customer to be fully satisfied.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange.

Warranty Items

If an item includes a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for the fastest service.

Firearms

Once a firearm has been transferred to a customer (either in-store or through an FFL dealer), it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there’s a defect or functional issue, please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement.
